At Shop4giftoo, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that there may be circumstances where a customer may wish to cancel an order or request a refund or replacement. In such cases, our Cancellation and Refund Policy applies.

Cancellation Policy:

Customers can cancel their orders within 4 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

If the order is eligible for cancellation, the paid amount will be refunded after deducting applicable delivery charges, packaging charges, payment gateway charges, or any other processing charges, if applicable.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been dispatched.

Return / Replacement Policy:

In the unlikely event of a missing product, damaged product, defective product, or wrong item received, the customer must share a clear 360-degree unboxing video without any pause or cut to claim the missing item, damage, or wrong product issue.

Without a proper unboxing video, Shop4giftoo will not entertain any claim related to missing items, damaged products, wrong products, or defective products.

We do not provide return or replacement for products unless the issue is verified by our support team.

Return or replacement will not be applicable in cases where the product is used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without original packaging.

Refund Policy:

In case of missing items, after receiving the 360-degree unboxing video without any pause or cut from the customer, our customer support team will review the claim. If the claim is found correct from the customer’s side, the approved amount will be refunded within 24 hours.

In case of cancellation before order dispatch, if the customer cancels the order before scheduling or dispatch, packaging charges and applicable processing charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 24 hours.

In case of cancellation after order scheduling or dispatch, packaging charges, delivery charges, return courier charges, and applicable processing charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount, if applicable, will be refunded within 24 hours after verification.

Shipping charges, COD charges, packaging charges, payment gateway charges, and handling charges are non-refundable where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund, return, or replacement request if the customer does not comply with the terms of this policy.
