1. Order Cancellation

Customers can request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

To cancel an order, please contact us with your Order ID and registered contact details through WhatsApp or email.

Cancellation requests can be accepted only if:

The order has not been shipped
The product has not been packed or processed for dispatch
The order is not a customized, bulk, or special request order

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.

If cancellation is accepted after dispatch in any special case, shipping charges, return courier charges, COD charges, payment gateway charges, or handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To raise a request, please share:

Order ID
Clear photos of the product
Clear photos of packaging
Unboxing video, if available
Short description of the issue

After verification, we will provide a suitable solution such as replacement, refund, or another resolution depending on the case.

4. Return / Replacement Policy

Replacement is applicable only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The replacement will be provided for the same product, subject to availability. If the same product is not available, we may offer an alternative product of equal value or provide a refund after verification.

Return or replacement may not be accepted if:

The issue is reported after the allowed time period
The product is used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
Original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, or invoice are missing
The product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
There is a minor color/design difference due to screen settings or lighting
The product is part of a bulk, custom, or special order, unless received damaged or wrong

5. Original Packaging Requirement

For any return or replacement request, the product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, labels, box, invoice, and all accessories.

Returns may be rejected if the original packaging is damaged, missing, or incomplete.

6. Reverse Pickup / Return Shipping

Reverse pickup may or may not be available depending on the location and courier service.

If reverse pickup is not available, the customer may need to ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the issue is verified as a wrong, damaged, or defective product from our side.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and quality check is completed.

Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method or any other suitable method decided by Shop4giftoo.

Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after approval. In some cases, the final credit time may depend on the bank, UPI provider, wallet, or payment gateway.

8. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges may be non-refundable where applicable:

Shipping charges
COD charges
Payment gateway charges
Handling charges
Express delivery charges
Return courier charges

If free shipping was provided on an order, the actual courier cost may still be deducted in case of order refusal, failed delivery, or return due to customer-side issues.

9. Failed Delivery / Refused Orders

If the customer refuses the order at the time of delivery, is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or the order fails due to customer negligence, applicable shipping charges, return charges, handling charges, or restocking charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Shop4giftoo will not be responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect address, wrong phone number, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel.

10. Bulk Orders & Special Orders

Bulk orders, return gift orders, corporate gifting orders, or special quantity orders are processed according to customer requirements.

Once confirmed and processed, bulk or special orders may not be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

11. Refund Details

Refunds are usually issued to the same payment method used at the time of order placement.

In some exceptional cases, we may ask for bank account or UPI details to process the refund. Customers are responsible for providing correct details. Shop4giftoo will not be responsible for refunds sent to incorrect bank or UPI details provided by the customer.

12. Right to Refuse Request

Shop4giftoo reserves the right to refuse cancellation, return, replacement, or refund requests if the request does not meet our policy conditions or if misuse of the policy is found.
