Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive shipping details or tracking information through email.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may vary depending on the product weight, order value, delivery location, courier partner, and selected shipping method.
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
In some cases, free shipping may be available on selected products, offers, or minimum order value, as mentioned on the website.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
We try our best to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery time may usually be:

Other Locations / Remote Areas: 7–10 working days
Bulk Orders: Delivery time may vary depending on quantity and product availability
Please note that delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to product availability, courier delay, location, weather, festivals, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed after successful order confirmation and payment verification.
For prepaid orders, processing starts after payment confirmation.
For Cash on Delivery or partial payment orders, processing starts after order verification where required.
During sale periods, festivals, high order volume, or bulk order requests, processing may take extra time.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through available communication channels.
You can use the tracking number or tracking link to check your shipment status on the courier partner’s website or through the tracking option provided by Shop4giftoo.
6. Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within India.
Delivery service may not be available for some remote locations or pin codes. If your location is not serviceable, our team may contact you for an alternate address or order update.
We do not ship to incomplete addresses, PO boxes, or locations where courier delivery is not available.
7. Correct Address & Contact Details
Customers are requested to provide complete and correct shipping details, including:

Shop4giftoo will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or return shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
8. Delivery Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID, clear photos, and an unboxing video if available.
After verification, we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through replacement, support, or another suitable solution as per our return/refund policy.
9. Delayed Delivery
We always try to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. However, delays may happen due to courier issues, natural disasters, weather conditions, transport strikes, festivals, high order volume, wrong address, or other situations beyond our control.
Shop4giftoo will not be responsible for any inconvenience, loss, or delay caused by third-party courier or unavoidable circumstances.
10. Shipping Charges on Return / Refund
Shipping charges, COD charges, payment gateway charges, handling charges, or express delivery charges may be non-refundable where applicable.
If a return or refund is approved, applicable deductions may be made as per our refund and cancellation policy.
11. Bulk Order Shipping
For bulk orders, return gifts, school events, corporate gifting, or large quantity orders, shipping time and charges may vary depending on quantity, product availability, packaging requirements, and delivery location.
Our team will share estimated dispatch and delivery details before or after order confirmation.
12. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If cancellation is accepted after dispatch, shipping charges or return charges may be deducted where applicable.
