5. Payment

All payments must be completed before order processing unless Cash on Delivery or partial payment option is available for the selected product or location.

For prepaid orders, the order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Shop4giftoo does not store your card, UPI, or banking details. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available on selected products or locations only.

Shop4giftoo reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, high-value orders, bulk orders, or locations where COD service is not available.

In some cases, advance payment may be required to confirm COD orders.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible after confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, shipping location, courier service, and other external factors.

Estimated delivery time is generally shared at checkout or through order communication. However, delays may happen due to courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, festivals, wrong address, or other situations beyond our control.

Shop4giftoo will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

8. Bulk Orders

Bulk order pricing, delivery time, payment terms, and availability may vary depending on quantity and product type.

Once a bulk order is confirmed and processed, cancellation may not be possible.

9. Cancellation

Customers can request order cancellation before the order is dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If cancellation is accepted after dispatch, shipping charges or return charges may be deducted where applicable.

To request cancellation, customers can contact us with their order ID and registered contact details.

10. Return & Replacement

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID, clear photos, and unboxing video if available.

Replacement or resolution will be provided after verification of the issue.

Returns or replacements may not be accepted in the following cases:

Shipping charges, COD charges, payment gateway charges, or handling charges may be non-refundable where applicable.
